What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The wages are too low and will continue to be too low, while UPS profits and CEO pay skyrocket thanks to the tax cuts. We get nothing. Congratulations, your investors are doing alright. All of the good employees are fleeing for better jobs, and supervisors come from these terrible new employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We do 8 hours of work in a five hour day. The good employees do 80% of the work but being paid the same. We don't make enough money to live off of, and they refuse to open more full time jobs that aren't commercial driving jobs. Full time or a cost of living adjustment is necessary with tax cuts
