
Extremely negative and unproductive for moral
Very easy process, conpany gives an overly postive image of jobs and unrealistic perpective of what you will truely face and encounter
People have forgotten the core of the business and allowing delivery centers to properly run their operations. At some point productivity/efficiency cannot be increased. The demands on management are overwhelming not to mention the standard of 12hr workdays and subpar treatment of employees.
Hourly employees are provided with no cost health benefits while management pays for benefits and their spouse cannot be on their insurance policy if their significant other is offered any insurance by their workplace despite of quality. Hourly employees recieve a pension almost double management.
The company has lost sight of taking care of its employees. This is mainly due to allowing the union to become too strong to the point where drivers make over 100k a year and are almost impossible to be held accountable while management is accountable for everything without regard
Meeting are not held to share ideas and thoughts to make the best decisions. They are held to tell lower management what they will do at any cost. Non stop meetings and conference calls threatening jobs of management are held daily to the point where mgmt is fired for dishonesty to make goals
