What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension and benefits. But that is only because of my union.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My management team is all under 32 manager is 28. All have limited time doing my job, meaning less then 6 wks.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company preach safety but that's all it is, lip service. The vehicles are not well kept the boxes are bigger and heavier.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The number of pieces and stop counts are TOO high. No personal life unless you call out because scheduling daysoff are denided. Then brought in the office for calling out
