What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I work preload so I am dog tired every morning. It can be improved by a pay raise and possibly more workers to take work load off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do hard hard work to make a terrible weekly paycheck. Get minor injuries almost everyday and am sore to the point it's painful to walk once I get off and I only make $11 an hour. I think that's ridiculous.
