The 9.5 issue..to much OT causes fatigue and injuries

TO MUCH OT.. No time to listen to the customers concerns

Talking about the good ol days before UPS went public with stock...it's sad how it's all about the$ and not customer service.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop being a dictatorship and work with the hourly to fix issues. Be more personal with the hourly. UPS does not care about families. Pretty sad that kids rarely see the parent that works at UPS
