We need to be more positive and start being more friendly.

We need better communication skills. No one knows how to talk or treat one another and thats a major issue.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would like to come into work and seeing everyone working. It annoys me when certain people think they don't have to do work when they're the ones who has the most work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to start talking to their building managers and start making more updates on workers. How they work, if they are late, not doing their job itself. There are many factors that need to be more approached in appropriate ways.
