As package handlers we band together to get things done and take care of each other
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leadership does not consider the package handlers.. Any problems they have gets pushed off especially if it is an issue with anyone in leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because it is a very intense job as a package handler. They hold those who are qualified back from moving up. Allow those who are more than capable to move up to do so.
