Very poor organizational skills Get a new interview hiring person the current one needs to retire

We only get 3 1/2 hours and the hourly wage isn’t enough sometimes to make the trip to work worth it

We don’t have meetings and we need higher pay and new people need to shut up and respect the people who have been working there for years
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low wages , not enough hours, can’t afford 401k or stock options, Davis vision is garbage if you can’t pick what glasses you want we shouldn’t be stuck picking from junk and union dues cost 2 days pay a month
