
Interviewers were Technical and many good questions. Department level Business plan was very weak and appeared not to be maintained, base on complimenting auditing questions.
Best: Family Medical, = Aetna provides the best value for my situation. Worst part is the degrade Vision plan which was VSP up untill 2016. Please, Bring back VSP plan.
Identify ineffective employees, especially those UPSers and UPS contractors, who create and support false business narratives. REImplement the Employee development program; because the current emp dev system is definitely not working to expose and exploit our best talented thinkers. We can do better
Serious skills gap, and overated leads and analysts. Managers are not implementing employee development, and we desperately need HR training and oversite to capture the minds and hearts of our employees. Our VISION does not have a chance to succeed without SKILLED 1st line mgrs and technical staff!
I see many creative and dedicated employees literally give up earning promotions for themseves. Technicians and Analysts retain same title and role for 10 plus years and counting. Emps are appling for internal jobs, but more mgt help is needed asap. We are not empathetic to all employee job needs.
