More supportive management. They crunch every angle to better their bonuses which is understandable to a point however they have gone to far. Stepping over dollars to save pennies within their own centers to bump that bonus.
Looking into how management treats employees in the hubs. Less overtime. Some want it but most want less money and more family time. They preach about family but do not support it. People are leaving the company faster than ever. Our center can't keep anyone due to the expectations. Insane turnover.
Management harassment is at an all time high. We can't deliver fast enough. Of you do get it done within their expectations they just add more the next. Then you can't get the numbers they expect and ask you why. Give us some family time back and the entire environment would change.
