Everyone works together to get the job done. Great teamwork is important in what we do.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It wasnt much of an interview. She didnt ask many questions. She showed me around while the sort was going on and asked me if I think I can handle it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make $10.85 as a part time employee on the local sort and the company was on track to profit over $10 billion last year. And my job is very physically demanding.
