What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They focus too much on nitpicky stuff. Dont micromanage! We have a great team. Worry about bigger things like quality/ less damage and improving sales.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Six months ago, it was more positive. There's is a new supervisor and she is a dictating tyrant. Moral has been down, negativity is up, and gone is our happy, hard working team. They should work on getting our freight volume back up, don't micromanage, and let us be a dependable closeknit team.
