Employer employee relations lead to Bad Attitudes, and in our building and in our department, attitudes were terrible, all because of our management team.

Employer employee relations must improve. Get back to Service that was drilled into my head when I started in 1978, stop worrying about the Stock Holders
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was there 39 yrs 7 months and have no complaints about any of the compensation packages. Great pay, Great Benefits, Great Vacation package and now I have a Great Pension. Thank you Teamsters Local 104
What are some of the best things about your team?
I sat home on disability for 6 weeks and realized that I really like my job, I love what I do, I like the people I work with. The only bad part of my job is the people I worked for.
