If working conditions were better I believe everyone would work much better together.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They do not appreciate the people that work the hardest for the company. Management is focused on making their numbers so that they can get a better bonus so in order to do that they have to send people home early when there is plenty of work left to be done.
