I don't think improvement is going to happen. When you got Jesus teamsters the flip side is you got saten manegement.
Start off by not lying. Not cutting the front line management hours while giving insentive bonuses to the lazy teamsters just for SHOWING UP ON TIME. Maybe treat the people better that are running the show in the hub operation (part time supervisors). Just be fair.
I work five and a half hours a day MAX and they force us to take 45 MINUTE UNPAID LUNCHES TO KEEP US THERE LONGER! If that's the case the teamsters are making more and sometimes a lot more than us sups. I refused to take a lunch and almost got suspended.
