It's nothing special, it's the typical questions one would expect to answer in an interview

Again better communication between management and hourly workers, more hours to work... It's hard to live off of 17 to 20 hour paycheck a week
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Being a part-time employee is not a lucrative position to have, I don't feel like I get paid enough to compensate for the hard work I do
