A lot of my coworkers have no care about anyone else or any safety because that's what I management shows us. They'd rather do the most minimal work because they know the harder they work the more work they get
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've worked there for more than a decade unfortunately the only positive thing I have to say is that some of the coworkers can at least relate in band together over how bad the management is and how much we get harassed
