Team is the best part but the managers are stuck in 1980. Harassment is ridiculous. HR is a joke. Discrimination is very alive and very real on every level.
They underpay everyone. The cost per package is literally .12 to .40 cents and we're paying people $50.00 to unload four 45ft. trailers in 3.5 hours. Then yell at them for working slow and say they were at fault for their injury. Plus we can't hire smart people to work in engineering.
