We all know what we are doing and love it.

I work long hours and don't seem to get the pay that I'm contracted for

My team seem to be all on the same page. We know what we are doing not matter the supervisors.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do what I'm supposed to do with out a lot of people telling me what to do. I'm very independent.
