Supportive through major trials...this is a "people" company. Sometimes that is overlooked to focus on the main objective, getting the packages out. But overall, due to Union, it's worth it. The work is hard but the benefits can be awesome.

I like the people I work with, we all fit! as far as temperament.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much at this time, hours have been reduced greatly due to expansion. Peak season was laughable. It's a bit of a struggle to get ahead.
