I love the atmosphere and the people that I work with. The work itself isn't too complex or strenuous, and management is surprisingly understanding when it comes to needing time off for personal matters.

Constant communication between the members for efficiency and accuracy.

Went through temp agency so there was no real interview process.

Willing to help out in multiple departments when help is needed, even if it's not one of their departments.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers make me the most happy. I love seeing everyone come together as a team to achieve the same goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not pushed to full potential, feel like I can do more for the company but am underutilized and therefore not compensated appropriately.
