They ask for assistance when they need it. They are courteous.

They are not lazy and strive to do any task and excel.

Having projects and a list of things to accomplish for the day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody seems to be on the same page. There is very little tension.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company culture is dinosaur-like and needs to be updated. There are automated systems that the company can benefit from.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager was down to earth and friendly. Told me everything straight and did not try and give me hype.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be offered stock options as a temp or at least the possibility of becoming a permanent employee so that I can get benefits.
