I have been around for almost 2 years, the job is very labor intensive and injuries are bound to happen, the overall experience has been brutal with repetitive strain and with the fast paced environment it can be hard to keep up, being in the Union has helped a lot with workers rights.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They have some people who care about the workers, you can listen to music while you work. Online forum and community can be helpful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The tour, showing the facility and type of work that is available, some of the jobs that are done while operations were going on.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work environment, lack of leadership in management, outdated systems for computers, printers, scanners, etc. Reporting accidents when needed, following OSHA standards for work environment.
