What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot of favoritism and thus the rules apply differently to those are more favour than others. Not a place where you should put your trust in your coworkers which makes it not a good place to work at. If they find out about something you are vulnerable about they will gossip in your back
