I think working at UPS is a very physical, sometimes dangerous job and you should be paid more for working harder than someone else with a desk job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a diverse group of people and most people find the job stress relieving because you don't have to interact too much and you can get a workout in every shift.
