Listening to their workers, no favoritism, helping people, giving a care, SAYING THANK YOU!!!!! Noticing hard workers, more pay!!! Moving people up to management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have to wait a year to get anything is a bit ridiculous if you ask me. People who work hard and prove they are capable of staying, should get benefits right away!
