Alright. If it weren’t for my coworkers, I would have been miserable my first 2 years. Thankfully, thanks to our new supervisor with the addition of my coworkers, I absolutely love it here despite the poor base

My coworkers and my current supervisor. I hope we keep our supervisor forever.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our supervisor tells us jokes to keep us laughing therefore, the entire department is in a positive mood. Because the supervisor is in a good mood and friendly toward us, we feed off of that and the rest of the department is chipper.
