High speed and low drag individuals, however, at times the teams get a little complacent and collective rationalization results in incompetent competence.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and easy I started as a Contingent worker and still lend my service as an essential worker. I'm just glad to know that I could get the packages out to the next link on time safely.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to reassure the team of safety and TQM, no matter what my first line supervisor thinking about. It's people first then the mission Id say. I'd hate to lose human capital due to a tripping hazard or something .
