It's exhausting, thankless and I can't pay my bills how do you think that is to experience daily!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Do what is right for your employees not your shareholders. No christmas bonus, no hazard pay for this pandemic, no consideration or compensation for killing ourselves daily to make UPS look good. Having equipment that actually works cars, diads, computers. We're a billion $company take care of us!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Completely disconnected from the reality of daily operations and making decisions that make things worse instead of better. Treating women as equals not second class citizens, I was told my husband makes the money I don't need a raise and they act like my position doesn't matter. It's hard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being treated equally and getting an actual raise not a 45 cent cost of living increase. Having my benefits paid by the company that's the least you could do for supervisors. The ability to work the hours needed during peak season and getting actual help to do our jobs well not to just get it done.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are all close we've been together for years and we take care of each other cause no one else cares. We are one of the best center because of us OMS's. We take care of everything while the full timers leave everyday at 3 or. We deserve a big raise or a bonus or anything to help us thrive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing no one cares and no one takes pride in their job, they jump thru hoops to survive the day but do nothing to make it better. This starts with dispatch and trickles down. Emails are sent over n over to correct things and it's never done till the 3rd or 4th request. Who has time for this, not I
