Site manager is incompetent and lacks compassion. actively sets everyone up for failure and then blames us for said failure

other workers who recognize the struggles of my position and keep a positive attitude despite site-manager treating us all like disposable trash

other non-management employees and management employees who are there to set me up for success so that I can help them reach their goals and with enthusiasm on top because I feel my humanity is recognized.
