My immediate leadership is great to work for! But the overall leadership is the problem.
Being challenged on a daily basis but sometimes it just feels like too much is on my plate and more being added.
We are not robots, dealing with the long hours, high stress situations on a daily basis we do not get adequate vacation or other PTO. There is no chance for any type of self care, mental well-being, or work/life balance.
There is no consistency within my co-workers and seemingly no way to hold them accountable. Some bust their butts every single day and some just don’t do anything and are always in trouble but still have jobs without pulling their weigh
Everything is approached with negativity. There is no employee recognition to those who go above and beyond regular job duties. We should have more positive reinforcement and incentives for the hard work we do on a daily basis. And more compensation with time off for work/life balance.
