The worst part of being a ups driver is the schedule! Start time is horrible, 9:30 or sometimes later.. 8 hrs up at 6:30 and if you have the slim chance of having an 8 hr day, home around 7:00. The day is gone and no time for anything. 8:00-8:30 would be great for a start time, might get see family!
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing happy customers and an 8 hr workday. Seeing my family before bed!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Earlier start time, less work.. want to be more than just a weekend dad and husband. Would be great to make some of sons baseball games. Can’t even make an 8:00 pm gam
