What is the best part about your compensation package?
We pay nothing for insurance..can you believe that..Our insurance is free as part of our employment..as to pension: it is great and vacation and holidays are the best ..thanks to our beloved Teamsters Union for helping the hard working Men and Women with great contracts
What do you like best about the leadership team?
UPS has a policy to punish the great hard workers and reward the sick, lame and lazy..ask anyone that is employed there..They are scared to death to terminate anyone , really don’t know why but in Knoxville Tn. You can just not show up for work and Mgt just let it slide , it’s to much paper
