Communication sharing the workload both ways not everyday is easy it's a demanding job but the people who stick it out will almost always be in good spirits and push you to do better

Easy to get along with for the most part if you think your being talked at most likely it's them reminding you of things others have beat into their heads as the right thing to say such as follow the methods or hydrate it's more they don't know what else to say than anything negative
