Awsome atmosphere so far even though I am new and on the union side(mechanic) everyone seems helpful and the pay and benefits are great so I cannot complain.

That I was able to get ahold of a supervisor instead of waiting on a ups recruiter
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare and 401k/pension. I feel that when you offer these as a company it makes an employee feel furfilled because your will to cover they’re present needs but also cover they’re retirement needs by matching they’re 401k/p
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The aurora within the shop and the feeling of a union ship. Example. Before my first day a fellow employee that I had never met before ran out side to help me when I was almost ran over by my tool box when the winch came off on the flat bed tow truck and he helped me slowly ease it down.
