uniformed metrics across all functions so everyone is working toward the same goals

I have had the opportunity to work with the leadership team which has allowed me to gain insight into the district workings. I like the transparency

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I feel my ability to buy stocks is the best part ; benefits are very minimal coverage; compensation pay is still based on tenure model not experience model even though my external experience benefits UPS
