Everyone is atomized. No one talks to each other, but we also don't appreciate being forced to through cringey "group stretches" and things like that

I have been here ten years and am payed $16.45 an hour, with no union and expensive, lackluster benefits (especially in comparison to the union benefits). A random person hired in off the street to scan boxes would be making $18.50 an hour -that day-.
