We all genuinely work hard. There is a lot of drama, but I know we are all doing our best at our jobs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Employee engagement. I feel like we spend a lot of time with our supervisors and they feel free to share a lot of information with us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my responsibility as a warehouse associate 3 should come with more pay. I over see a lot of aspects of my account, and maintain maximum productivity of all of it.
