Over the last 4 years working at The Breakers I have grown into a much better ersion of myself. Im financially secure and im also happy.

My overall experience at work is..the breakers has provided me with the structure and guidance i needed.

My overall experience with the company is good. I often feel self conscious at times but maybe thats because i still feel challenged in where i stand in the company.

The little discounts here and there

The girls that i work with are great.

They are able to provide support when needed.

My team has excellent work ethic.

I dont understand that i recieved a compensation package.

I dont look at it

The culture does not Tolerate employees to bring negative energy into the work place.

How im able to make people smile and also get paid to do so.

Their personalities! Constantly lauphing. Ive noticed that the team i have now, work well together.

The managment team truley cares about us and take the time to make us feel appreciated.

The standards can be carried throughout work and personal life. I like the structure it has given me.

I believe we deserve more pay by the hour considering we only receive 14% service charge. Mortgages and rent are to expensive.

Being surrounded by girls my age that i can relate too. Going to work can feel like a safe place to vent and destress at times.

Being proud of myself when i am able to show my professionalism and being a good team player. I believe that i truley care about how i am perceived by others. Im happy when things go as planned and when everyone around me is happy.
