
I have had a great experience with the company in my 3 years here. The company as a whole is phenomenal, however work could be done in each individual department. This year I have seen a decline in team member appreciation, making The Breakers not stand out among other similar companies anymore.

We see what our guests are paying for room rates, food, etc. and how much it has grown over the years. While we receive generous raises, it does not compete with rising inflation and cost of living in Florida. Post Covid, we have significantly less benefits for the team members.
