
The banquets department needs to be completely replaced starting with the director and management.
Managers and directors are only concerned with themselves. There is no pay transparency. If you ask for a pay breakdown you're told empty promises. If you advocate for increased but fair pay based off of your quality of work and to meet modern demands of cost of living/inflation you're denied.
Majority of them are unmotivated about their duties. Even the workers that are known for their work ethic are being burnt out due to the lack of support from management and poor wages, causing them to stress about meeting payments on time and supporting their family, all while being overworked.
The hours we work are hard enough as is. Whats harder to trying to meet the expectations of management and the guests while still trying to keep sane due to overworking and lack of rest. There is no support coming from management and the only comfort found is supporting coworkers who feel the same.
