
Generally okay, but it would better if managers and upper managers did more to really spot the hard workers rather than rewarding bad behavior.
Great Company and Environment but leadership pick and choose who they promote based on nepotism and frankly favoritism. I feel they promote the underperforming employees and the ones that excel are treated poorly

Well, our benefits cost goes up very year and our pay does not match, the work that is put out and the stress we have to deal with ,

Promoting dedicated employees who are reliable and have proven to support the operation. I find that in my department they only promote you if they recommend you not because your capable of doing the job and are a reliable trustworthy employee. The culture in my department is a nepotism is directive
