
Everyone works well together and has good communication.
What I like best about the leadership team is the communication and teamwork they have with one another.
Being able to produce and execute dishes that are top tier and have a little bit of freedom while plating them.
Everyone is very talented and very nice. They are all passionate about the work they produce and always cautious and on consistency, quality, and quanity.
I do not feel undervalued. I appreciate the opportunity to be employed here. But I feel as I just finished two internships here and have learned from very talented supervisors and team members and I now have a Bachelors in Culinary Arts and I feel that I am ready to take on more responsibilities.
