If the company calculated what an actual local Living Wage is,and paid their top performers accordingly, I'd be making enough to pat my current bill, which I can't afford now
For the value of the work I provide and the dedication, ownership, and level of service I've shown to the company , I feel I should be compensated in accordance on par with what other Co's. are. The Breakers hasn't even minimally kept up with the crushing inflation in this heavily hit part of FL.
