It started out wonderfully. In part due to staffing challenges and heavy demand I made errors and didn't develop as fast as my manager thought I would. It is my belief that he gave up on me and I'm stuck in a roll levels beneath my potential and value.
I enjoy working at The Breakers and I have faith that it will continue to become better and better as I grow with company growth.
Consistency, positive energy and great work ethic.
Knowing that I made a meaningful contribution.
They have great synergy and energy. Great leaders.
Being part of an excellent team.
It is outstanding and keeps getting better and better.
The majority of people are just good people. They have integrity and good values.
Everyone genuinely wants to do everything they can to make their coworker's job easier.
They always work to make sure we have what we need to be effective and content.
They care genuinely about each other and supportone another as much as possible in everyway they can.
Given the volume that we produce and how much I contribute to making it possible, I just don't believe that the compensation is commensurate.
They are kind and they sincerely care about each other as individuals as well as professionals and they care about bringing the most value they can to each other and the business.
Among the most amazing place that is the breakers my team in my department are the absolute best. They make life fun and care for each other in small ways and big.
The bonus structure severely under values the contributions of newsr employees. There should be some wiggle room for directors to use there discretion in compensating certain employees that reckognizes the impact of the team members contribution.
I just think it is important to pay people what they are worth and to do everything you can to place them in positions that best leverage their skills. This empowers the employee to bring the most value to the business.
There is a sincere culture of kindness and caring. Everyone here is willing to go above and beyond, but for Breakers employees "above and beyond" is the norm. It is really great to be surrounded by people you know you can count on that believe service is just a way of life.
