What can this brand most improve?
I received charges totaling less than $10 during a time when I did not use my new card. Because I did not use the card I did not look at my account. No warning - TJX reported me 30-days delinquent and my credit score dropped 57 points. Ridiculous. Cancelled my card, won't shop HomeGoods again.
What do you value most about this brand?
Love the designer items, great prices, merchandise changes often and is seasonal, pleases offer more lamps and furniture. I like that you have enough associates available to ring up purchases, most other stores do not, your best locations are Kennesaw and Athens ( Georgia) .

The products prices are excellent and so much variety is pleasing.
What can this brand most improve?
This afternoon the sales person who assisted me in a return accused me of returning a used and damaged CLEARANCE item in front of others. I won't go back to this one -- am too old to be shamed when your clearance shelves are chock full of broken and damaged goods
