Exempt staff have unlimited PTO.

The absolute best thing about our team is that we are infact a team. We may have specific roles that we play within the department but there are no questions asked when there is a "all hands on board" project.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that APS uses personality quizzes in their interviews. Those simple quizzes can make all the difference when placing someone in the correct department.
