Aflac: Compensation for associates. It doesn't matter to Aflac if you Fail.

Oracle: Train your employees properly. Set expectations. Lead by example, not by false expectations. Ensure employees understand the job. Same as Mgmt evaluates employees, CEO's should evaluate Mgmt by requesting employee feedback. Many unhappy employees at Oracle, they stay because benefits are good.
Costco: Open minded and listen to your ideas
Target: They are friendly and work hard.

Aflac: Poor training in the field creates disproportionate turnover.

Aflac: Company matches retirement fund up to a very fair amount. Insurance policies, both major medical, as well as our own supplemental policies are top notch with incredible rates.
DuPont: When needed everyone helps everyone to get task done right

The Coca-Cola Company: Because they lie about what qualifies a level 1,2,or 3 pay. I am the most skilled operator they have yet because I don't go play with bosses I'm a tec 1 while others that struggle to run 60% of my numbers are tec 3 which is $2 more an hour!
Wells Fargo: Be more in touch with their teams.
The Coca-Cola Company: I like that the VP will come to Tulsa and is down to earth! Doesn't act stuck up just because he is the VP!
UPS: That we have compensation is a plus.
Boeing: Actually going through with what you promise
Walmart: They need to have feedback sessions more often, and to listen better.
Office Depot: We have a new Supervisor that is approachable and hands on he has really turned the department around

Guitar Center: Corporate doesn’t NOT under ANY circumstances care about the people (store employee) that keep the franchise a float

Sysco: I think we are paid very well for such a good work life balance.

General Motors: In Arlington, treating employees with dignity and respect.
Sysco: The constant lieing and scapegoating of operations personal.
Goodyear: GY should match a higher percentage of 401k or offer retirement pensions
UPS: It’s dog-eat-dog. No one helps each other. There is no team effort
Target: Support your employees, have had management not support me when trying to stand behind target policy.

UPS: Supervisors need to work with union employees and stop harassing them.

Target: I would really like to be made full time but this seems impossible and I may have to leave the company.
