3M: Again management not making sure coworkers are doing their job.
3M: I think the company needs to go to straight shifts and get rid of the Swing Shift stuff that they have going on in that would make everybody happy.
General Electric: Moral is down with no pay raises.

Sears: Management doesn’t bother to get to know their employees, even after four years with them. Poor training etiquette, poor communication, schedules are never posted two weeks in advance like they claim. They don’t really care about giving recognition where it’s deserved. They’ll hire unreliable people

Macy's: Constant harassment, always saying things about my race, health and religious views. It’s a constant thrashing and name calling. Yes I’ve been to the union. Yes I’ve spoken to the manager and yes I’ve been to HR.
