Walmart: It's a generic retail job. I've been there long enough to know everything about my job and many others and I could be effective in management by now but there's not really been room to promote. There's good & bad days and people and you have to grind til you get your work done and enjoy weekends.
Amazon: awesome. It is a fun place.

Cracker Barrel: At first it was great but as I tried moving up they told me things I needed to work on which was fine. But when I saw other co-workers that did the same things but were even worst and would act out moving up it slowly start degrading my look of the company. I've worked there for a year. Don't apply
UPS: Supportive through major trials...this is a "people" company. Sometimes that is overlooked to focus on the main objective, getting the packages out. But overall, due to Union, it's worth it. The work is hard but the benefits can be awesome.

Medline Industries, Inc.: I've been with Medline for over a decade and worked in 3 different departments. I've enjoyed working for this company always even on bad days. I consider myself lucky to be part of this great company.
Best Buy: Overall i love the company i work for, they supply the community with great things, make considerable donations to foundations, the pay is great and the work is fun and sometimes challenging. The only thing i could even complain about is it seems like management plays favorites.

KMart: Working at Kmart was fun I enjoyed the experience but I was fired due to lack of training only use of coupons.
Honda: It has had its ups and downs. Some management is great and some are old and need replaced. Its hard to leave a place you have invested so much time in. I enjoy it more than I dont.
99 Cents Only Stores: It has been extremely difficult. From management asking to read private conversations through texts so they can cut your hrs. To being treated rudely, being ignored by management late breaks & most of all getting your work schedule at 6pm the night before the new work week begins.
MUFG Union Bank: it has been good, I have achieved success and am respected amongst colleagues and co workers
Dell Technologies: Intellectually challenging and extremely professional.
GEICO: Honestly, they are like family! They make the job easy and give constructive criticism to improve your service.

Spencer Gifts: I love my job. Its a fun and exciting environment. The paperwork is minimal and not tedious. I have a flexible schedule and a supportive management team. Some of the company procedures seem ridiculous, but nothing that is difficult to complete.

The leaders still struggle with getting diversity and inclusion right and it is very hard for black or female professionals to be successful here. That is starting to change though. Company performance is turbulent.
